17Pestering to take car in.
MOT due on Ford car we no longer own. I asked them to remove us from their list.
Bristol St Motors Main Office calling to book a car service
Keep calling about about 5 times for a service/MOT for my car purchased from them despite me replying to their texts to OPTOUT of their telemarking.
Called at 5:30pm about MOT due on car but has already been done at Slow Fit because that where we have to take them.
Keeps ringing to remind me that the service is due on my car. I told them I no l own the car. The representative told me that he would remove me from the system but I am still receiving calls.
Called to see about my car service, and offered me a summer service at a discounted price, being on ford options they have also given me advice about new cars etc very kind, and helpful. Havent been hassled just had one phone call which was correct timing eith my service needing to be booked in.
Rang to check recall on my Honda
Bristol Street Motors calling again and again about an old car I no longer have, telling them does not stop them calling and texting me everyday. Also dont use them the work is substandard and expensive!
Bristol Street Motors calling again and again, despite me not owning the Mazda car anymore (not for about 2 years!), repeatedly telling them so does not stop them calling and texting me everyday.
Bristol Street Motors - Beware, they were calling to book my car in for it's yearly service. (1) I didn't buy my car from them, (2) I never asked for a call or endless texts about booking my car in for a service (3) my car has recently been in for a bodywork repair at BSM via the Insurance Company, and now they try to call and con me into having a service. I initially thought the call was for a routine check after the bodywork repair, and this was indicated as it was. Then the woman on the phone tried to charge me £200 and odd pounds for a service. When I said I didn't want a service, I was asked why. I explained my car was serviced a week ago at the garage where it was bought... Nothing but a telemarketing call to get you to take out extra services after insurance work.
This motor company keeps bombarding me with pbonecalls at all hours and waking me up. It's an absolute nuisance and I don't even own way bloody ford car?!
Ringing you when your MOT is due, must have access to database with my number on, don't ring me again!!!!
Seems to call when service or Mot is due
Ford service centre. calling from a list of car owners whos servicing and/or MOT is soon to be due
Annoyingly persistent in ringing me in the early hours of the morning and do not leave a message. We don't own the car they are ringing about and it's for a sodding service, too!
most likely to ring when mot or service due3
