Parkdean resorts Newcastle head office. If you have ever been to visit or look at buying a caravan on one of their sites and the sales staff nab you for some details they will repeatedly hassle you. I have requested that this stops as I am not currently in a position to purchase a caravan (which I did tell the lady who took my details) at this time however they continue to call and hassle my phone, messages and emails. I have stated several times that I will contact them if or when I am in a position financially later in the year if I would like to proceed. They just don’t listen at all to any customers and this has completely put me off buying from them. I will not be purchasing a caravan or lodge through Parkdean due to the harassment I’ve recieved over this last 4 days since I looked at a few vans on the Sandy bay site. Never again please beware giving details to them unless you would like to purchase from them pretty much straight away. Blocked and spammed all numbers from them now.
