5Called from 'Scottish Power', busy call centre, terrible quality phone line. I said I would check with Scottish Power that number was genuine, unsurprisingly they said it didn't belong to them.

Caller said she was from Scottish power and insisted I give permission for her to check the "National Database". I said I was already on a fixed tariff and if she was Scottish Power she would know this. She then asked again for about the 4th time if she could check the national database I said NO and goodbye!
Claims to be Scottish Power but this is a lie. I spoke to Scottish Power and they do not have any telemarketing campaigns at the moment. SCAM!!!!
