Appeared to be legit. Ask for someone by name , who I had never heard of, but maybe they just had wrong details. Like the previous comment notes, I have also had work in the area recently done by National Grid. I hung up after they had said who they were, mainly because they had given me an unknown name. Perhaps I should have given them a chance!
