Did not introduce herself or tell where she was calling from and tried to fish information of how much franking machine supplies have we got. I told her I cannot give you that information and hung up. Clearly a scam for junior staff to avoid.

Telemarketer M***** got aggressive when told her that the person she was cold calling for franking machine supplies did not deal with this - when I informed her we get our supplies elsewhere cheaper she said how can we know their prices when we haven't been sent a price list. I told her we have had prices given to us by phone and they do not match. She slammed phone down. Very professional.
