Cancelled car insurance with LV and they gave me seven days to settle the balance. after three days i got a text from ARC debt collectors saying it had been passed to them. I got onto LV to complain and they said it was a mistake and was passed on in error. I settled the balance with them and they said they'd inform ARC. Now I've got ARC calling me and hanging up. Called difficult to hear who they are call back with 141, and confirm they are debt collectors. They will not consider stopping these calls unless you give a lot of personal information. This is the eighth debt collector so far this year I have no debt looks like the ones calling me R years ago have sold on the debt and presumably the right to harass people whenever it suits them.

They called me on my landline, asking me to confirm my identity, when I asked them who is calling, is ARC and when I asked him what does it stand for, he said: it doesnt stand for anything, is just ARC. googled the number and come here to find they are dept collectors. No thank you no interested to talk to you
