A concise assessment based on current public sources indicates the number is a UK based line with mixed reports and no definitive public owner. Online listings largely frame it within UK reverse lookup and spam check databases; no single source confirms a stable legitimate owner, suggesting caution. 1. The number appears to be a UK telephone line (country code +44, standard UK dialing) with no clearly identified business or mobile operator publicly attached in a definitive, verifiable owner listing. 2. Online chatter includes reverse lookup entries and user reports on spam/ scam check sites; discussions and reports vary in reliability and detail. 3. Associations with spam, scams, phishing, or telemarketing are present in some user reported entries, but no universally accepted verdict across authoritative bodies to label it definitively as such. 4. It seems exposed in public facing lookup databases and forum style or crowd sourced scam report sites, but no single primary breach or leakage dataset definitively confirms widespread exposure. 5. Caution is advised; answering or calling back is not clearly recommended without independent verification from trusted sources.

5Phishing call centre scam fue reportado como Línea de televentas con el número 020-34815521
Once I called them back I got automated agent starting with „if you want to cancel your contracts with some-name-of-fake-company” press 1. Immediately knew its a spam.
Pretending to be from HMRC and collecting taxes.
Called me twice this morning. Was silence as per call centre, male voice was hard to understand then he mentioned O2 network. Definitely a scam.
I've missed some of these calls to my phone. But when I got it, it was a scam call centre trying to get me to give up my info.
