6Called stating that current contract ending and set up new deal. Contract not ending.
I've currently ended virginmedia contract-So far a couple of calls trying to sign back up. That's not going to happen! The prices have gone up because it's all going fibre...Even city fibre are taking sky customers in the next couple of months. Virginmedia joined 02 which was a bad mistake. When signing up with virginmedia we told them we don't want 02 but still added it when we told them no! I called everyone up and eventually had it stopped and had my credit rating sorted due to the false sign up. Virgin sign me up falsely a few years ago also and complained. Goodbye virginmedia
Said they were from Virgin Media - knew my name but when I asked them to authorise themselves they hung up.. Indian woman. Indians love a good scam the mugs!
Pretending to be a broadband provider and requesting that you return the call because the number is premium rate.
Purported to be Vodafone phoning to talk about possibilities for the current contract's expiration. The contract has two years left on it.
Thinking about making a complaint. Said they are Virgin Mobile, but I knew they were just pretending because they got something wrong on my info.
