Asian guy called, was unclear who he said had joined Virgin Media, he wanted to let me know of a discount that I could have. As I am on a low price anyway, I said no thanks. He pushed, so I said ai would call VM later as I was driving. Half an hour later, whilst at a friend's same number called, I hung up and they rang back, different guy still no clearer as to what company, but mentioned VM. I let rip and said I had already said on the 1st call, that I am not interested and I will be calling VM later! He quickly hung up! Obviously a scam!

I live about as far from London as you can get. I NEVER answer calls from London. I always assume it's some scammer. I'm usually right too. Like this time. God I hate that City.

A foreign caller claimed I could receive a 40% discount on my O2 bill and requested codes from O2. Be cautious and don't fall for this scam; it's only a threat if you entertain it.
