A concise investigation of the number +44 2039 364636 (UK) shows limited verifiable data specific to this exact line in public sources. Public facing directories and scam databases do not provide a clear, authoritative owner or usage type for this exact number, and there is no consistent, definitive confirmation of a legitimate or malicious association. 1. Number type and potential owner: Public lookups generally identify UK numbers by geographic area, provider, and whether they are mobile, landline, or non geographic, but for this specific number no authoritative owner or definitive type is confirmed in trusted registries within available results. 2. What people say online: Several generic UK number lookup and scam report sites exist, but none provide a consistent, verifiable attribution for this exact number; results often rely on user submitted reports with varying reliability. 3. Association with spam, scams, or unwanted calls: No conclusive evidence in the provided results that this exact number is definitively linked to spam, scams, phishing, or telemarketing. Without corroborating reports, the risk remains uncertain. 4. Public exposure or leakage: No clear indication from the results that this number is exposed in public directories, leaked datasets, or paste sites. Public facing databases show lookup services but do not reveal a leaked or breached status for this exact line. 5. Advisability to answer or call back: Given the lack of verifiable, trustworthy attribution for this exact number, caution is warranted; do not rely on it as safe, and consider screening calls or using offline verification if needed. Notes: The search results highlight generic UK number checkers and scam report services, but none provide a definitive, reliable attribution for this precise number to a known entity or risk status within the excerpted sources. If more precise, up to date verification is required, a direct consult of official UK mobile/landline registries or a trusted, privacy respecting reverse lookup service with current data would be needed.

5Called me at 2.30 am with a voicemail threatening to up my fine from 200 to 400 thanks for waking me up u scamming wa@@ers
Defo a parking fine scam. I let the call ring to voicemail as I didn't know the number and the message left was a clever automated one that perhaps changes if someone picks up. The message started halfway into a sentence, saying "'...from 2012 so erm the total charge for the ticket including interest is £220, how would you like to pay'. Then a silent gap, I assume timed for someone who answered to say something in response. Then him saying "if you don't pay by tomorrow would you like that to happen?" Then another gap, then "Hello are you there?" Then another gap, then "This is what happens when you can't park properly, have you since learnt how to park your car, huh?" Then another gap, then "Have a nice day and drive safely". Call ends.
This number called saying he had 5 Pizza to deliver and was outside our house. I tried to help as we had not ordered anything. He kept me on the phone for about 4 mins, then put phone down saying I must not want it. Called police who told me this number, not a mobile as would have been in outside our house,wa unatainable and was was one used by prangsters. Not to answer numbers we don't know.
Claiming overdue parking fine.
Called stating that he was from the High Court, and that I had an unpaid fine on a speeding ticket. Did not check who he was talking to first so assumed must be nuisance call
