A UK based number lookup provides limited, mixed signals; no definitive owner is publicly verifiable, and it frequently appears in generic reverse lookup databases with low confidence risk ratings. Public exposure exists in typical spam/lookup directories, but specific reliability is variable. 1. What the number appears to belong to: Several UK reverse lookup services classify it as a geographic UK number (London area) or a general landline, with operator/range details varying by source; no single authoritative owner identified. 2. What people say about it online: Entries show up in spam/scam reporting and caller identification sites, noting it as a number to verify before calling back; discussions are user based and not consistently corroborated. 3. Association with spam, scams, fraud, etc.: Some reports flag potential risk in unsolicited calls; however, risk assessments are often labeled as low or uncertain and cannot confirm a scam for this exact number. 4. Public exposure or leaks: The number appears in public facing lookup databases and social listings commonly used for caller ID; no clear indication of a leaked breach or paste site exposure tied specifically to this number. 5. Advisability to answer: Given mixed reports and potential for nuisance calls, it is prudent to verify via independent channels and avoid sharing sensitive information; answering may not be advisable if unsolicited.

The caller claimed to be from BT, but when I asked for his phone number, he nervously provided 07351938721. He quickly became anxious, realizing I might report him. Let him squirm in worry, he deserves it. Just another time-wasting scammer trying to pull a fast one.

It was an obvious scam when a foreign-sounding woman claimed to be from BT Openreach, stating that my IP address was public instead of private. When asked to prove her identity, she became flustered, especially after I mentioned that I actually worked for Openreach. While mildly amusing to string her along, the situation could be dangerous for those unaware of the scam's illegitimacy, as they might easily fall for the false claims.

It was a BT sales agent, saying he's representing their Openreach affiliates, i said I am not involved with them, and he was a little pushy.
