called me to complete my contract upgrade and was very helpful...although did sound like he hadn't been doing the job long as got slightly confused,but all in all no problems. maybe they also pester people that are not interested in upgrading, can see why this might annoy people but at least it is a legitimate business :-)

recently upgraded my phone and keep getting calls from this number offering me me great deals as they are aware my upgrade is due soon!!!! if they are o2 or carphonewarehouse surely they would be fully aware i already have the upgrade, clearly some third party. When i tell them this they just hang up on me!! ill be the one who does the hanging up thankyou! added to my block list now.

They've been pestering my wife several times a day this week, all from different numbers. Harassment pure and simple. It's certainly made up our minds, as contracts for both our phones end next month, and Carphone Warehouse can swivel after this behaviour. We're both taking our custom elsewhere. Shut them down.

This number called me saying they where the orange upgrade dept of carphone warehouse. As I was due an upgrade I ernt ahead. When my phone didn't arrive I called carphone warehouse who told me that they dont make outgoing calls for orrange upgrades. Not sure who they are ??

They just called me. I was told they are 02. The girl was very rude and pushing me to say something she can use to say "But you said.... and I thought you wanted to renew your contract". If you don't want to renew/buy a contract, make it very clear. I had to ask her to stop for a second and listen to me, when I finished she hang up :)

I have been receiving calls from this number from October 2014 - I answered once - and it's a company calling on behalf of carphone warehouse - my upgrade wasn't due until this month (Dec). I get calls starting about 9 am and they keep ringing until 8 pm - I receive on average between 5 and 8 calls a day - I have installed a call blocker on my phone so my phone no longer rings - I just wish they would take the hint, I told them to remove my number from their list in October and still they call!!

This guy has been calling me for 2 weeks. I initially told him I had no business dealing with him as I could not understand motives behind his aggressive selling. I begged him not to ring me anymore but continues to ring at least 5 times a day, so I have to leave my phone in silence not to be disturbed by this idiot, so missing other important calls.

Been getting these calls for quite a few weeks, sometimes 8 times a day. I cannot answer my phone when I am at work and they will then call when I am driving home. If it is Carphone Warehouse, I have never used them for anything and recently got an upgrade through my usual provider O2. Waiting for my new phone to arrive and my new contract and then hopefully these calls will stop!

I have been getting numerous amount of call from 8am to 8pm for a week now I answer they don't I've sent a text back telling these car phone warehouse people that this is harassment !!!! I've just had another 2 calls it's only 10.30 am so I answered it lost my top with this Indian guy if I get anymore calls like this I'm reporting them to the police for harassment. I'm ill I don't appreciate calls every hour get the message if I dont answer you stop calling me!!!! I will not be taking my new contract up with them after this harassment there should be laws against this type of hard selling no one has my mobile number I don't give it out I just lost my head with the guy this morning after yet more calls starting at 8.30 am is anyone else having these problems never experienced this before not even 2 yrs ago when my last contract was up ? Is there anything we can do or anywhere I can report this problem does anyone know ?????

I havent used Carphone Warehouse for approx 10 years yet this year, bang on queue for my upgrade they have started calling and texting several times a day. This is unwanted and invasive, yes I know I can upgrade and yes I will probably do it through my phone provider like I have every other time in the last 10 years. It may be genuine but its massively annoying and smacks of desperation now that Phones 4 U have gone bust.

Yes its Carphone Warehouse. If your phone is due an upgrade like mine is expect about 8 calls texts & voice mails a day if you have dealt with them in the past. Yes they offer good deals but they are SO ANNOYING! My contract has 38 days before it runs out so Im guessing I will be ignoring my phone during this time until I decide what phone & contract I want!

My phone contract is up for renewal. I have received 23 calls in just over 2 weeks from numbers I haven't recognised. In googling each of them it notes it is Carphone warehouse. I have rated this as 7 as it is irrating and frustrating. No messages ever left and takes up my time finding out who they are but I will not renew or change my plan over the phone as last time I did they removed my insurance for accidental loss of my phone and as it was a phone call I had no way of proving or disproving my conversation as it happened several months before I lost my phone so no way to prove or disprove. I will go to the shop but definitely not carphone warehouse.... I feel haressed.

Has called me 11 times in the past 6 days. 5 times on the 7th. Didn't answer any as I wasn't sure who it was. No voicemails left. Called 3 times on the 8th. Managed to pick up the last one. Was a foreign man trying to force me to upgrade over the phone. Despite it not being due for another month. When I told him I would come into store when I was ready he hung up on me. Called 2 times on the 9th. When I answered the second call, again they tried to persuade me to upgrade over the phone. I said again I would come in when I was ready. He said ok thank you and hung up. Have called me once today (12th) to which I said AGAIN.. I have already told two of your colleagues that I will come into store when I am ready, yet you still keep calling. They also responded by hanging up on me! And in between these calls I have received several emails and text messages. The people calling clearly do not listen and are very rude. I find this disgusting behaviour from a company if they wish to keep your custom!

Used my Mom's mobile number for my contract as didn't have a telephone number but I was told it's for delivery purposes only. They've called her 5 times now and she's too polite to tell them to fuck-off. I called the number and entered her mobile number to be removed but clearly they haven't! Grrrrrrrrr

This number is Carphone Warehouse and more specifically their upgrade service. I can't speak for the entries above, maybe they used that number as something different previously. Having searched for a deal online after my contract ran out, I entered my number for contract eligibility reasons (maybe unwise but might get a good offer). This number (02086175910) keeps calling my mobile. I clicked on their phone number and sent a text message telling them to take my number off their list or I will take further action. I told them it is harassment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I just have to wait and see if they do it or not.......................... will let you know if it works. May be if we all did this, they would know how it feels to be bombarded with unwanted calls/texts. Let's do it !!!
