Pretends to be calling from the UAE Cyber Crime and has to verify your identity for national security and cyber crime defense. After which he sends a sms from the police number which you need to verify. Local police would call from a local number not a number located in Belfast. Complete scam.

Pretends to be calling from various different companies, including Sky. One person was told that they had been issued with a refund from Sky, so, believing it to be true, they gave the caller their bank account number, and within minutes, over £10,000 was withdrawn from their bank account! CALLS FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER ARE DANGEROUS, BE WARNED!!!
