Cardiff number ,English woman said she was from Eon and wanted to book me in for a smart meter. I declined. Then 3 hours later from a different Cardiff number a Indian lady trying to sell me a mobile phone bundle or something. First thing she said was "are you the owner of this phone account ". Never say Yes. They can record this and have you saying yes to any questions they ask . Odd tho with the Cardiff connection , almost like someone at Eon is selling phone details.
