Latest number they are using is 0871 9 430 410. It is possible to present any number as the calling number if you have the expertise and equipment, so you canprobably ignore the number. There is a list of company names they have used to date on this web-page: http://www.telepest.co.uk/OneStop+Loan+Shop+AND+MatchYourLoans I am always asked for 'Dan Frost' Most likely scenario is they are harvesting bank details, for a later phishing attack. I would advise anybody who has given any of their details to these people, to contact their bank/card company immediately, explaining what has occurred.

Called them back, 03 numbers free on my plan, so didnt get charged (checked with the phone company) told them that i had reported their number, was hung up on. They rang the next day, dead air, rang the phone company who told me they can block the number. Wont be getting that again. Do not trust, when i call them i got different company names every time.

DO NOT answer the call. They don't need to have a conversation with you, just toknow the line is active. They find this out by you answering. They then sell your details and number on to other advertisers and brokers.

They ring several times a day, if you answer then its just muffled background noise and then dead air.... very very annoying.

Really really dodgy number. Calls me all the time asking for someone of the same first name but different second name. Continually hung up on when I say I didn't take out a loan or ask them to remove my number. Literally just off the phone to someone called John Ronney who said he would take my number off right away and then 60 minutes later I get another call. It's a total scam and it's harassment!!

They phone and nobody speaks and the line is then tied up until they decide to hang up. Hopefully nobody will require the emergency services when these cowboys ring. Their behaviour is disgraceful and they should be outlawed. DO NOT TRUST ANY SERVICE THEY OFFER, CON MEN!!!

They kept calling, called back 5 times and asked to be put through to a manager (eash time told a different company name), just kept getting hung up on, last time they called I answered and asked "how many people have you scammed money out of today as you're obviously a scam company as I have been told 5 different company names by yourselves" they said they weren't so I replied with "well you must be as you wouldn't of told me 5 different names if you weren't, not to worry I've reported the company anyway. I really do want to know how many people you have scammed today though." They hung up and haven't bothered me again. So basically call them out for the scammers they are and they stop calling. Hope it helps ;-)

I have received calls at my home land line number as well as my mobile . However I do not answer these types of call numbers . My real complaint is that I have a new number as my old number is now my business line , they do not ring that though just my new one and no one has been given that apart from family and close friends !!So how did they get it ?

this belongs to a company called the one stop loan shop. Its a credit broker firm (meaning the will charge you for them using google to get you a loan). Dont give them you bank details or card details. Just decided to answer the call and waste a bit of time by telling them I had loads of debt. Once the man on the end of the phone was figuring out what he his speanding his bonus on. I told him I was unemployed and living in spain. He then hung up. Shame he thought it was a sure 5k bonus.

This number drives me nuts, continually calling anytime of the day, to my house phone then to my mobile and back to the house phone again! I've blocked many numbers to my iPhone but unfortunately am unable to do the same with my house phone, I've answered the calls twice, they ask for me by name then either hang up or start saying 'my loan has been accepted' when I explain I've not applied for one they hang up!
