Constant calling even after expiry date of agreement trying to talk you back. Sick of them constantly putting up fees even though I have never used their service in 5 years I have been with them. Never liked the idea they changed from membership to buying a policy. Like all policies, claim and it will skyrocket.

Called as my RAC membership had finished, and l canceled auto renewal at nearly double the price. Wanted £230 for one year cover. Last year l paid £120, was told because last year was new customer discount.. Having a laugh. AA with free home start £70 a yr. Nuff said

My RAC membership ends in a few weeks and they call every few hours, presumably to try to sell me a new policy. I don't answer and they never leave a message. I checked my renewal documents online and the price they quoted was much higher than last year, for the same cover, even though I haven't used it at all. AND the cost breakdown included a £50 "arrangement and administration" charge! £50 to "arrange" a renewal, take my money, (I pay in a lump sum), and update my documents online? I do not think so! The cheeky, greedy gits can forget it. I don't really need to cover at the moment anyway.

opened an rac policy and when i needed them they took 2 weeks to get the van back from north wales,was a frinds van or should i say ex friend after 2 weeks the friend thought i sold his van .obviously cancelled the policy as i could pusht van hom quicker now thy harass me for cancelling my policy lol

RAC, Cancelled my membership after they screwed me over on parts and labour. Stated in black and white the parts are covered and they held my car 12 days. This call was to try and push their fear mongering on the cancellation and fee's that i owe them. Worst Breakdown service ever. Happy to take your money not happy to pay out! They shit themselves when i showed up with the police at their RAC approved Garage and this was the 4th garage they moved my car to Total scum.
