Have called for the past couple of days and line is dead. Today it was dead, I spoke and said they were annoying me and were going to block them. A guy came on and referred to our business so obviously picking our number that way. My advice answer the phone and go make a cuppa, leave them hanging.

03301596562 - From Claims Help Desk - Wanting to talk about an Old PPI Claim with my Bank. I asked them what the PPI Claim was, and she said "Oh my god". I said if I had an old PPI Claim can you tell me what it is? She then said I had an indication on her system that I may have one? I asked again what it was? She said I was just going to give you some information and then hung up saying to her colleague, "Oh my god". She obviously wasnt used to or expecting to answer any questions
