Got a text stating “ You have successfully cancelled your Barclays BMB registration. For help please call 03332001014. To maintain a quality service we monitor and record phone calls.” almost called as I’m expecting something similar from Barclaycard but as I have no accounts with Barclays it’s 100% a scam.

Texts received with Barclays verification code and then to say account is registered and phone the number if any errors. 100% a scam as I don't have an account with Barclays.

Received a text from 'BARCLAYS' stating that a new payee had been added to my account ****, and if it wasn't me who added the account to call +44 333 200 1014. Didn't take longer than a second to realise this was a scam since I don't even have an account with Barclays! Did not call the number, but presume they will try and get sensitive information out of you - don't call!

Received a text from this number pretending to be from Barclays about my debit card being used at Debenham's Online Store for £1315. It says to call this number to report if fraud has taken place. Sussed it straight away, so please BE AWARE.

This number is connected to a SCAM do not reply to it . If you get a text saying there has been unauthorised transaction stating its Barclays. This is not true ! If you call the number, there will be a con-artist on the other end trying to get you to give them infomation so they can with draw all the money out of you account. They also use the telephone number 03330220286 or +443330220286 as part of this scam. if you see any of these, do not call them !

Received a txt from this number stating its Barclays. They say I have added a new payee on my account, included last details on the card. Added they have to verify further details and text me again from a 60174. The second message read as follows: 99.75 GBP at Sainsburys Groceries, UNITED KINGDOM. Please reply Y if the transaction is yours or reply N if you don't recognise it. Reply is free from UK. Obviously I have never done such transaction. Scam? Safe?

Type of call is 'fraud'. I am getting texts from Barclays Bank telling me I've done something with my account and if I don't agree then I am to call 03332001014. I guess it's a premium rate number and if I did call it regarding a text from my bank would they then proceed to try and get my bank details. I haven't called it of course but wanted to share the fact that this number is being used in a scam!
