A UK based number appears tied to consumer reported lookup services; there is no conclusive, reliable public record confirming a specific owner. Online reports are mixed and mainly consist of reverse lookup results rather than verifiable ownership. 1. The number appears in UK reverse lookup and number check services, indicating it is treated as a general UK number whose ownership is not publicly disclosed. No definitive company or individual owner is confirmed. 2. Public discussions on forums and spam report aggregators show mixed signals: some users flag unknown calls, but attribution is inconsistent and not verifiable. 3. Associations with spam or scams are suggested by user reports on lookup sites, but these sources are user generated and not authoritative. 4. The number is present in public facing directories or lookup databases, but there is no clear indication of a proven data breach or leak specific to this exact number. It seems exposed in typical public lookup contexts rather than in leaked datasets. 5. Calling back is not clearly advisable based on mixed community reports; without corroborated ownership, treating as potentially risky is prudent.

This number is scam preying on the elderly and vulnerable tried to sale to my family member who is 93
SCAM.Familiar voice. Asian accent. Withheld her number. This time she called herself Kanwar Carter from The Heating Plan. (Obtained the THP number from website). Rude and Suspicious. Wanted a financial commitment from me there and then without giving any details. When asked for information about herself and the company she refused saying it is not relevant and pressed on again for a commitment. When asked again she put the phone down. An all too familiar response from all Scam callers when you question them. Be warned. Never commit. Always report them.
