Cannot confirm who they actually are. Ring multiple times a day. Accidently leave me voice messages of them getting frustrated. They will accept a fake name and date of birth and apparently can still "access" your details. Do NOT give them your real information.
Called me multiple times a day for months, shown in my blocked calls logs.
Called me this morning twice. Was a missed call. DONT TRUST THIS NUMBER. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND DETAILS. ITS A SCAM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. He asked me immediately for my bank account number and sort code. I asked him which division of HSBC he was working for, he said he couldn’t give me that information. LOL does he think I was born yesterday? Then I gave him my name, surname first....surname: TICKLE, first name: TESS. I couldn’t stop myself from laughing when he asked me “miss, your surname is tickle?
They called me at 8.30 on a Saturday morning claiming to be hsbc. He asked me for details to prove my identity. I told him that as I didn't recognize the number that I would telephone the bank myself. He hung up.

Had a call front his number, had some basic details but they were pressuring me to give my log-in details. They wouldn’t give me a reason for their call, or had no way of verifying their identity. If in doubt, hang up and call the official HSBC helpline!

SCAM - Got a phone call and asked to verify some details which I did not. She kept on going on about problem with my account. I asked her for the last four digits of my account which she was unable to verify and and so we kept on going round in circles until I said good bye to her and told her not to bother me again.

03456077088 This number is NOT HSBC, Its a SCAM, if you have passed on any details to this number, u'll have to contact HSBC ASAP. I have spoken to them on their correct number and HSBC confirmed it is not them and will need to reset my details if i've spoken to anyone from this number.
It’s a scam number. I was sent it through an unsolicited text. Which also included a link to HSBC’s log in which HSBC will never do because it’s on the fraud section of their website. Also it came up as HSBCUK which also set alarm bells ringing have now blocked this number.
I contacted HSBC through their online chat facility and they confirmed this number was not on their lists. I'd received a text which doesn't show what number it's from but instead says its from "HSBC Bank" which also had my name correct - although for the purposes of this report lets pretend I'm John Smith : "Mr J Smith Please call us on 0345 607 7088. If you have spoken to us today please ignore this message. HSBC Bank plc www.hsbc.co.uk" It all looks very genuine and I almost fell for it. ALWAYS assume it could be a scam and call the number on the actual website
