Asked to speak to director - when told not available they asked for my name. When I asked what call was regarding they asked again for my name. When I refused until they said what call was regarding they hung up.

Kept asking for director. I asked who he was and where he was from repeatedly, he eventually gave the name Steve Jones and he said he wanted to ask the director 'a favour'. He became aggressive when I wouldn't tell him when the director was available and hung-up.
