07488874078. Probably thieves, claiming to be from your mobile telephone company. If you want to waste some of their (and your!) time so they can't scam so many people, change the subject from their "45% off new contract" to a long list of grievances and problems (imaginary or real) you are having with them. "OK, but before I think of renewing, what code do I have to enter so my phone rings for 30 seconds instead of going to voicemail quickly?". "How do I send a multimedia message (MMS)?" "What is happening about the bill mistake I registered with you?"

Claims to be 02 offering discounts then asked for email. 'Proves' to be from o2 by sending text but the text is what you would get if you applied to reset your password. Then email arrives asking you to reset password. She will give you a password to use that she says will start your discount promotion. Obviously I didn't. I strung along to see what the scam was. Beware this scam. They would access your account and change your network and also order phones and gadgets in Your name

They claim to be from EE and promise a phone bill reduction. However, they proceed to ask probing questions, including what type of phone you have. I became suspicious because legitimate providers like EE should already have this information, prompting me to hang up.

Obvious scam, first call came in and the lady was apparently from Vodafone trying to give a discount on my monthly bill. I don't have an account with Vodafone so I strung them along with fake details till they put the phone down on me. 30seconds after the call ended, another call came in from the same number this time from the 3 network! Again, i have no account with 3 so I gave them the same fake details and the guy (who had clearly been told I was a time waster) called me an A-hole! such fun! Don't give them any info!!
