A preliminary scan of UK focused reverse lookup resources suggests the number +447494561640 is not clearly identifiable as a well known business or public institution, with multiple services showing generic “unknown caller” or spam flagged entries rather than confirmed ownership. The available results indicate mixed signals regarding legitimacy, with several platforms flagging or noting potential scam risk associated with similar UK mobile style numbers. 1. Who the number appears to belong to, or what kind of number it is: Appears to be a UK mobile style number (+44 7494…), but no definitive publicly verifiable owner or organization is provided by the sources; most listings classify it as a mobile style line without a known business name. 2. What people say about it online: Aggregator and lookup sites show varying reports, including generic caller identification attempts and occasional spam/scam warnings; no consistent, verified owner or activity profile is established across sources. 3. Whether it is associated with spam, scams, fraud, phishing, telemarketing or unwanted calls: Several reverse lookup platforms flag unknown or potentially risky calls; not all entries confirm abuse, but the presence of spam reports is plausible in user generated databases. 4. Whether the number is publicly exposed or leaked online: The number appears in public facing lookup databases and directories used for caller identification and spam warnings; exposure is evident across multiple public tools. 5. Whether it is advisable to answer or call it back: Not advisable to call back without independently verifying the origin; proceed with caution if contact is necessary. Notes: No conclusive, independently verifiable owner identified in the provided results; information is fragmented and largely based on crowd sourced reports.

3Sam, Alex or Carl. They all have the same voice. Even though they brush it off as a joke when questioned on it. Cannot back up their stats with any data on how the success of their campaign works. Noone local to my business has ever seen any advertising pop up on their socials. Get defensive and pushy when you challenge the legitimacy of their business
Called regarding Facebook and Instagram marketing, got defensive when we told him we weren't interested. Seems to be a scam outfit judging by other reviews.
A lad named Sam from the company contacted us about advertising on Facebook and Instagram using cookies. We paid £400, and they put together some poor-quality posts. They sent us proof of the posts before going live, and we requested some changes. After they sent us the revised proof, we agreed for the posts to go live. However, it turned out that only I could see the posts. When I clicked on the link, it directed me to Rochdale Car Sales, and above the post that was only visible to me, it said "demo." I called again to get Alex to resolve the issue. He assured me that he would sort it out and call me back, but I never heard back from him. I tried calling multiple times for an update and left several messages, but there was no response. I also sent an email, and still, there was silence. Now, their website has disappeared completely. Sam was the first point of contact, then it went to Alex, and the person who sent over the fake invoice was named Anna SCAM!!!!
