scam - this is NOT natwest fraud team. Any doubts, hang up and ring the number on the back of your card, from a separate phone to any incoming calls.

It’s a FAKE SCAM call pretending to be from NatWest Bank fraud team. Do not press any numbers on your keypad. Do not confirm any of your personal details and personal banking information. Just ignore and block the number. Older people and vulnerable people can unfortunately fall for these SCAMMERS.

I was at first very skeptical. But the number is listed on Natwest's fraud team website. It is different from the number you call if YOU suspect fraud. It does not ask for PIN or anything like that but asks you to pick your DOB from a list and then confirm if some recent purchases are correct.
