Any caller pretending to be your wife's bank, we have a joint account! asking to speak to your wife but refusing to say who they are should not be trusted. If a company want feedback they need to start by being honest and open.
Complained to Lloyds directly. Complaint was dealt with very well. They did say that when you are told there will be a servey to do you need to say no then so no call will be made. I am now excluded from any further calls at any time as well. They even paid for the call. Well done Lloyds.
Had a call from these people today my wife and I took a joint insurance policy out but they would only talk to my wife. I will be getting angry with the bank to as i asked that they do not pass my details on to other companies this is a clear breach of my confidentiallity.
Called 3 times, when I answer they hang up.
a big thankyou to saraH, for sharing her experience, I get that none of the staff are happy, I've done call centre work also! Couldn't last a week, I had to leave! Thanks again.
answered a machine!! Twice this has happened, checked my bill last month, I was charged 89p just for answering at the wrong time!! it's a shared cost call! Block it.
Very rude claiming to represent LLoyds Bank. Several calls causing now harassment. Spoke to Lloyds who knew nothing about the calls
Persistent calls not answered - mainly calls early to mid evening. Has rung at least twice today
Previous reporters have been very helpful thenk you and I feel the call I received was quite legitimate as I had recently contacted a bank. However the call came at 21:00 on a Friday night so I quickly refused it telling the gentleman to call in 'office hours'
Number called several times, on answering, just a dead line, no -one there. Very annoying.
always calling when I answer the call they hang up????? if they think I'm calling back then they are wrong.
My husbands get calls all the time from this number. Annoyingly during the day when he is at work and it is left to me to answer after doing night shifts. they have been told numerous times remove our number a I need to sleep during the day. My pleas are ignored
Silent then hung up. 1. Ignored ex-directory. 2. Ignored TPS. 3. Phoned in "my time". 4. Hung up anyway
Keep getting calls asking for people I've never heard of. Keep asking for them to remove my number but alas they keep harassing me.
I got a call from this number the guy said he was from Network Research and said he had a survey. I said I don't feel comfortable discussing personal details over the phone as he could be anyone but would be willing to consider a paper or email version of a questionnaire. He hung up. He is not doing his company any good
They called me at 8.50pm on Friday.
Rung at 8.33pm on a Friday night when my baby was in bed. Something about a survey. Recently left Lloyds after 2 years so believe it's due to this
I recently updated my personal details with my bank Lloyds , they simply wanted customer service feedback . Nothing to worry about.
I had one of those Clowns phoning me at 19.00 here.mumbled something about a question I had asked at my local LLOYDS.we don't have LLOYDS we have only TSB.i asked him what querrie I had and he replied, nevermind.can you answer some .... and I disconnected him. What gives those Morons the right to phone anybody and ask questions, about banking of all things
Completely genuine. I work for a bank and all high street banks employ this market research company, who are bound by data protection laws which means they are unable to reveal details of where they are calling from until speaking to the account holder. These calls help improve the service that you receive in your local bank
Time wasters, pretending to be associated with you, as described by the person who worked for them. Probably got my number from Halifax in my case, as Halifax will give out info even when you've told them not to. That's why I stopped further investment with them and withdrew what I had. A genuine bank identifies themselves. Persistent, 'educated sounding', Scottish accent, female. TIME WASTER
A guy claiming to be, but NOT sounding, English. Asked for our bank details. When told to piss off, he hung up! The ICO wesbite diverted me to the police on Action For Fraud, but that site did NOT ask for their number! Complete waste of time
This is Lloyds customer feedback. Yes, it may be a marketing company but they are doing a job which is instigated by something or another you have done. We recently took out a loan with Lloyds and they advised me that I would be called to complete a short questionnaire as to how the advisor dealt with my application, information provided and so on. Its is not a pest caller, they will be calling as you are a Lloyds customer (I am not sure if they do other banks as well). Simple if you don't want these calls, just look up the Telephone Preference Service online and register your numbers. Then whenever anyone calls you advise its actually illegal for them to be cold calling you (which it is 28days after you've submitted your number to the TPS) and they cant hang up quick enough. Sometimes as these calls are linked to a service you have given permission to contact you (i.e your bank) then they will share your details and it doesn't fall under TPS guideline. Or just answer the phone and give feedback then they wont need to call again.
This number has contacted myself on numerous occasions and I`ve now blocked this number. The person repeatedly used false statements and they have used threats stating they are going destroy my property best thing to do is block there number problem solved.
If it is lloyds bank I do not bank with them and never have . The only thing that connects me is that used to have Halifax shares that llxek48oyds took over.
As I speak fluent French I answer these calls speaking nothing but French. It's quite funny hearing the person at the other end attempt to communicate with me in English. They seem to think that if they say the words slowly and loud then I'll understand. I don't give in and don't give them any words of English. They soon give up
Had this number call our landline, claiming that it was something to do with the bank. The person they were looking for was not home at the time. They called again later. Looking at previous reports, it seems to only come from one named bank - Lloyds Bank. Coincidentally that's the same bank we use. After researching the number (to see whether it was Lloyds or a scam), I came across this site.
Harassment Enough is enough.
LISTEN FOLKS. How to deal with cold callers. Had 2 calls from these guys. The second time I simply said. 'Hi you've reached the Ga y & Les bian helpline. What personal problem can I help you with today?'. They've not called back since. IT WORKS

Tonight, at 19:20 24/09/2014, I was called by this number but as I don't answer unknown and 0800 numbers it was a fruitless call. By a coincidence I paid a visit to LLoyds TSB yesterday, first time in months. Never had this number call before and it won't be answered. Does that ring any bells? So be my guest whoever you are. Lol.

This number appears to be a call centre. On one occassion the caller claimed to be calling calling on behalf of my bank (I dont use a bank). On the second occassion they claimed to be from Microsoft, responding to a report, generated from my system (Which had been offline for 3 weeks at that stage with an unrelated hardware issue). On both occassions I told them I was on TPS and that they should not be calling and that I had previously asked to be removed from their calling list. This number is now permanently blocked using the TrueCall Call Blocker
Calls at least once a day, normally late in the evening. Always asking for someone who doesn't live here, and no matter how many times we tell them, they still ring back. They've woken our baby up more than once and the next time they call I'll be letting them know that.
Just had call from these MORONS asking to speak to my wife about her satisfaction with her bank and any transactions ahe may have recently made. I asked them to identify which Bank they were supposed to be representing couldn't say. Suprise! Suprise! the old chestnut of the Data Protection Act was mentioned. Couldn't tell me what part of the Act though. Continued to ask to speak to my wife. Told female caller that she wasn't allowed to due to the Data Protection Act. Have been registered with TPS for donkeys years. Rang number afterwards company called Network Research- Market Research Company
These people should go to hell annoying the old and frail. Calling all hours of day and night
