Caught off guide and made the mistake of answering the phone without checking the number. A lady said she was calling from Lloyd’s bank Trowbridge. This raised my suspicions as this was not my bank, so I closed the call. Checked with Lloyds who said they had not tried to contact me and this was an unknown number for Lloyds.
