They tried texting through with the name Natwest first saying my credit card looking like it had been used and am I aware of this! Then they asked me to clarify the transactions by saying Y for yes or N for no but it wont approve the transaction. The text then came from a different number and stated an amount and who have tried which was Agego which I hadnt heard of! I did put N and they then replied on Natwest text saying it is now blocked and they will ring and they have continued to call. Ive phoned Natwest fraud team and they have since told me none of this is true and they have contacted me via text and there has been no fraudulent activity on my card and it isnt blocked!!! Be very careful and dont answer the call I know there next thing would of been to ask my details and I would never of given that over the phone without me phoning myself.

I got a call from this number saying it was Natwest fraud. They asked me to confirm my account details, but I hung up because it sounded fishy. I called Natwest directly using the number on my card and they said they hadn't called me. Definitely a scam!
