Very aggressive man trying to get me to change back to Sky. I kept telling him I did not want to but he got very rude in his attitude. Told him I would cut the call if he did not accept my word and he kept telling me rudely he was only doing his job still in a very aggressive manner and would not shut up so I cut him off. Claimed to be Sky, knew my name and that we'd recently got Sky broadband. Then tried to sell us Sky TV, wouldn't take "not interested in more TV as we barely watch TV" didn't know what Britbox was, kept saying Sky has every TV channel there is. I finally handed my phone to my husband who is much better at just saying no than I am. Glad I did after what everyone's said! Very rude and arrogant young man
