Santander Security called because of an International payment I made which was deemed unusual, so it was declined until I was contacted to give 3 didget PIN. My phone called it "Suspected spam". I also ignored the text to verify it was me, so I called Santander bank on 0800 9 123 123 the usual number to confirm it was me. Just as well as my debit account was blocked to any card payments, cash withdrawals or card purchases. Hope this helps
