Received a call from this number today. I can say with confidence that 99.9% of the time, if the number isn't in my directory then it's unwanted. After trying to get more information about this Company I got the following message: Woah! You've been rate-limited. Our servers have seen too many requests from you recently. If you feel this block is in error, please contact us using the form below. I only made two attempts to gain information once I found out who they we're so the 'Woah!' message is nothing more than an attempt to hide information. I had to go through a few sites to find the Company name. Here's what one guy had to say: Hi, My wife received a call from this number and gave her instructions on logging into PayPal. They did what's called piggy backed the selections she made charging her £100 twice. Beware Ace Call Ltd/PayPal Scam. She got the money back but thought I should warn you anyway.
