If people do not know why they are on the call out list might be worth checking they have been removed from previous employers if they were a key holder. This is a genuine number for Custodian.

Had 2 calls tonight of which 1 they left a voicemail. It was apparently from "Custodian Alarms".. I do not have any alarms at home and my company does not have this alarm system so clearly fake. I would not recommend accepting or rejecting the call and just hang up!

This is a genuine number but looks suspicious as no caller ID and a premium rate number?? However, after 3 unanswered calls they sent me a text with a different number to call and all appeared ok?

A call monitoring centre that asks you to press one or two on the keypad - no way this is an out and out scam, similar but not the same number as Custodian Alarms but then who would use a premium rate line for call monitoring - calling police in the morning with log as I can see my own alarm log and no faults making me wonder about these reviews

This is Custodian Monitoring / SMC Alarm Receiving Centre. My work use them. They will ring on receiving an Intruder Alarm or Fire Alarm activation and occasionally for faults or tamper alerts

Further to my last - it appears it was from an alarm monitoring company after I did some research. However, no message was left on voicemail to say this. Went and checked my Club - phew no break in but alarm box was showing a fault. So after initially thinking it was a spam call, good to see the alarm system works!
