3Received texts saying an engineer was coming to install broadband, had no idea what was going on. Had text from Royal Mail saying they had delivered equipment. Then had an engineer text to say he was coming! Found out he was going to a different address. Possibly a genuine error? Nothing bad has happened but annoying.
Receive txt and calls stating placed an order with them but NEVER have.. Don't know where they got my number from.. Even got txt from royal mail saying they delivered stuff on behalf of talktalk.. All very strange and annoying
its just talktalk customer services
