Called them to close my mum's account, I was on the phone 7 seconds and noticed my phone was saying this was premium rate so I hung up. Got charged 85p for 7 seconds! Found an alternative number that was low rate. DO NOT USE this 0871 number, you will have a huge charge!!

Rang to ask them to save paper and stop sending leaflets as the house was empty. Amazed and annoyed to be charged 1.29 for saving them money. Even more amazed that they have continued sending the leaflets. Wont buy from them again

calls to Damart to sort out an order made through their website for my elderly mother. I got my phone bill and had been charged over £10 for the calls to customer service. This is a rip off. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A FREEPHONE NUMBER FOR DAMART. JUST SEARCH FOR IT !!!

Like the above reports…I was curious as to who it was that I had rung that in-cured the additional charges to my phone bill. Putting in the number on my iPad search Damart came up. Really, what a liberty… Especially as the time was spent guiding the sales assistant to the items I was hoping to purchase. Never Again good bye Damart.
