The number keeps calling me few times a day to change electricity supplier. Be aware!!! Very aggressive ,they will pressure you to make decisions in seconds because the deal will expire. Don't!!!! Go online and you will find cheaper & better options !!!

Called many times and ask for the boss. I ask who is calling and they say Love Energy. I tell them we are fine with our energy contract and they then tell me that the call is being recorded, is that OK. I say please take us off the call list, we are not interested, thank you and then hang up.

Called 4 times in 3 minutes as won't accept that our accounts department are looking online for energy deals, but aren't taking calls. After calling 4 times, they swapped to the number 0203 9719917. We have been polite on all calls, but this is the most insistent and rude sales person I have ever come across!

After randomly going on a web site to try and find comparison rates for business electricity and filling in fake details somone from this company called with the usual "who deals with your energy contracts" and then pretended to be from our supplier. Immediately blocked the number from ever darkening our doors again.

Called offering energy savings, tried to get current contract details etc, told him not interested, and that I didn't give him consent to use our personal details for marketing calls, he refused to delete details from his database without speaking to the managing director. Think he's in lala land! He's also in breach of GDPR. As if I would put him through to the MD when I deal with the energy supply to the business! These sales people need to take a less aggressive approach and actually listen to the person they are calling instead of playing a senseless numbers game.

Got a call from love energy (I've had a few before) and surprisingly did a fantastic job. Saved me 4,600 for a 2 year deal. Love Energy are NOT a supplier they have good rates with them and your not signing a contract with love it's direct with the supplier and helped me out loads A* service

Was skeptical at first because they asked for details of the account but then I had just filled out an online form on uswitch and it was the same info they were asking for and I literally had the details there. The man was polite and even had me looking at Trust Pilot to read about their services. Ended up saving about 1/3rd on my farms energy. Only as I was out of contract and I didn't know though.

They rang first. Told them I couldn't tie up business line for a long call and to email me (find addy on our website - it would t take them long to find it - if they wanted to!) Went on their website gave an alias and mobile number. Within seconds they were ringing it - number how blocked!! I didn't answer. Then they ring back to speak to the alias "sorry not available" and said their website didn't have correct details. Hung up. Web only saved £140 per year anyway and the reviews said don't touch utilita as hard to leave and a nightmare to set up.

Called about cheaper insurance, I managed to keep them the phone for over 20 minutes, I was telling them all about my business, the weather, nice places to eat, political stuff. When they started talking about saving money I told them im not interested because I like spending money. They hung up on me eventually. I bet they dont call me back EVER!!!!!!

Asked me for my contract end date for "security check". I asked them to ask a different security question, they said it wasn't for security so I asked why they need my end date, they claim it's so they can get the best prices. Bloody annoying nuisances. Why can I block any calls to my mobile but not to my business landline?
