A voicemail left from a Holly Hartley saying it's important for me to call back as soon as possible. 1) I have already spoken to Scot and Co and have set up a direct debit in place and I made payment that was due for Month before and cleared arrears. 2) This call is unnecessary, trying to pressurise me into making payments. It's harassing, I have mental health conditions, debt companies help people clear off debt with affordable payments and don't be bully or be forceful about it

Just a note for anyone getting calls from Scott & Co. – if you have settled the original debt directly (eg. outstanding council tax paid direct to council) and Scott & Co. are calling you to collect 'fees' owed to them, you are under no legal obligation to pay them!

they are ridiculous. don't care if you can afford their repayments or not they want what they say or they add more and more to your "debt" by sending collections to your door adding £100 for the visit and then try freeze your account for another £100 for a debt of £17 after you have phone and explained you will pay off the bill in a week when you are paid.

Hi company called Scott&Co They are callling regards to council tax if you are not paying it on time. I forgot to pay a council tax for 2 months and they have sent me a letter that i need to py the full amount in total i had to pay £712 So i phoned them and they spread the cost for a weekly instalments. they just calling to collect the weekly payment. its not a Spam or Sales call. If they are calling you better call them back ASAP . :)

This is the second message I have received from this number. Call centre type 'nasal' voice. Holley Hartley, stated this call was on 'behalf of our client' requesting an immediate call back, important and that it was not a sales call. I have not responded.
