24robo call about urgent matter no details
Opos fue reportado como Acoso telefónico con el número 0141-4283939
Called saying I owed money to spark energy from 2019 when they went into administration, said I didnt. They said they would email over I voices, called spark who confirmed NO DEBT WAS ON MY ACCOUNT and all balances were cleared last year when they shut down. Call the company back and told them I didn't owe anything, they said they would put notes on the account. ALWAYS CHECK WITH THE COMPANY WHO THE DEBT RELATES TO!! so bad as so many people wouldn't think to double check old accounts and would just pay! Saved myself £140! Scammers!!!
Dont have debt....
El número 0141-4283939 ha sido asignado a Opos
Called told me I must listen carefully. Refused to say who they were or what they wanted. I told them politely to go away the told me I was being a F@@King idiot and I'd suffer if I didn't listen to them???
worse customer service ever. 1 day overdue on a payment. already spoke to spark energy regarding it. about to clear it - this makes me want to take them to court instead of settling any balance. They might want to invest in web design - their emails are awful i would throw that straight to spam if i didnt see 'spark' in there.
called about a northumbrian water debt that we have,we came to an agreement with northumbria water to pay £20 per month which we pay on a payment card, never missed a payment.looks like our details have been sold..we owe just over £200..will be taken action if this is the case company is OPOS LIMITED.
Minicredit was pretty much forced to shut down as payday loan regulations increased. Debts were bulk bought by OPOS at first followed by kapama as a means to recycle the debts. They will be rude and aggressive as they are trained to. Theres a process tbey are forced to oblige too that can sometimes lead to the debt being shut down. Politely ask for a copy of the original debt, an upto date full statement proving all interest within the default dates and in comparison to the original debt and full details of their complaints procedure. This signals youre getting advice regarding debt from someone that knows your rights and theyll become awfully sheepish. If they question any of your request simply say you need the info to understand your debt.
extremely rude, unhelpful and secretive, when I fought back asking to speak to a senior member of staff to complain got cut off TWICE
As others have stated, Scottish company chasing debts, but won't reveal details unless you confirm address etc.
Continues bombardment of calls to chase a 4 year old eBay debt,,every time I block their number they ring with a new number
just asking me to confirm my address, after i said i wish not to disclose this they mentioned that the debt will stay outstanding, i asked what debt this is they wouldnt tell me unless i confirmed my address, im pretty certain i have no outstanding debt. i guess its just a cold calling companyu.
fRAUDSTERS - CLAIIMING NON-EXISTENT LOANS, IN MY CASE ON DECEASED HUSBAND DEEBTS - CALL THE POLICE ,i did, THEY ARE VERY INTERESTED. THE MOBILE NUMBER CONNECTS WITH SOME BUTCHER IN GLASGOW
Debt recovering agency, received 1st call today of no doubt many and scottish guy saying needed to speak with 'x' and needed me to confirm my address etc to which I kept declining and we just kept going round in circles circles circles:) I love these calls and waste there time as much as they waste mine. Until I confirm my details he could not discuss the matter other than a debt to do with devitt insurance. Said he would keep ringing until confirm my details and pay up....well scottish fella you keep ringing lad as not get an ounce outta me:)
This number(and 42832/4283990)are used by a call centre, apparently at Opos Ltd. I gather that they are a debt collection agency acting on behalf of NPower. Opos have been phoning me up to 5 times a day, claiming that I owed NPower a balance on a Pay-as-You-Go meter. NPower's bill was based on their crazy 'ESTIMATED' meter readings, NOT actual readings. In my opinion, NPower's bill was FRAUDULENT, & Opos are trying to strong-arm/bully vulnerable folk into paying NPower sums that NPower is NOT entitled to. Last month NPOwer confirmed in writing that I did NOT owe them anything, yet Opos have continued to subject me to hassling, distressing phone calls. I have threatened both NPower & Opos with civil proceedings if they continue to persecute me. Don't let them bully you unfairly & unjustly.
They've called a couple of times now ...always asking for Paul Mulligan. Have told then i don't know anyone of that name. Seem polite enough though and calling from Scotland
Pain in bum ringing every day. Need to learn how to block these numbers. They need proper jobs then harassing people
They call my mobile several times per week - I connect but say nothing, just let the cost clock tick.
Scottish guy, I didnt speak I let him talk, just kept saying hello hello hello. Then he said he was going to terminate the call.
Suspect it's mini credit
Keep leaving messages asking me to pay a debt by card. I am a pensioner aged 76 and I have no debts.
Non stop calling throughout the day
opps _ they by old debts and hound you by phone to get you to pay it back.
