As others have mentioned, auto-message start part-way through, telling you to press 9 to be removed. The voice is so unclear that I thought it was 'thousand and pointer.com', but someone here wrote 'Falcon and Pointer', so there we go. No mention by the company what they do/why. I get so many calls from various numbers, and have emailed my MP who I doubt will bother raising in Parliament. Feel free to email your MP.

On answering phone, caller launches into a pre-recorded talk. Doesn't respond to "Hello, who's calling?". very rude. Had this twice this week. Replaced receiver both times.1471 told me it was 01600469009

We have had several calls from this number over the last couple of weeks. we are on the TPS so have reported the company to them, have also reported the company to the CMR who are regulators for claims companies. I have also sent emails to the company themselves, but so far have had no reply.

Automated call about 'mis-sold packaged bank accounts'. Option at the end of the call to press 9 to have your number removed; however, I did that last week and have received the same call twice since then. TPS don't deal with automated calls; to report this number, go to the ICO website: https://ico.org.uk/concerns/marketing/report-automated-calls/ Falcon & Pointer claim to be registered with the ICO and with the Government's Claims Management Regulator.

Its this Falcon and Pointer lot again hiding behind a call centre in USA. 3rd call in a week. TPS useless have reported the calls with full details to ICO and TPS. Got another for them now. Can someone in Swansea go and tell them there's a big fine coming.

Falcon & Pointer about PPI claim. Fifth call. Don't call back on 01600 number. Get the number from their site - 0300 404 2984. I asked for my number to be taken off their list. 'Jan' said it was done immediately. Now if they call TPS can act. You must tell F & P not to call otherwise TPS cannot help.

Called at 6pm during evening meal. Just dealing with family bereavement, so answered phone in case it was important. Automated message from Falcon & Pointer about reclaiming packaged bank account charges. I am ex-directory and registered with TPS but these parasites still continue their nasty trade.
