I received text messages and even calls but never picked up. Knowing that I never had a vodafone account made me sure that it is a scam. They just want the bank details nothing else, I even received a letter that I’m in debt somehow ? but I’m just going to ignore them.

Getting fed up with these calls, I don't have any debts and find the calls harassing and it is not becoming very stressful. Wish someone would do something about these calls. Have received one every days for the last 12 days.

Getting continuous calls from this number. I answer the call every time and no one responds. I believe a bill for my Vodafone is needed to be payed, My brother has already dealt with this and has arranged a payment plan with Vodafone. The account is in my name but was in use by my brother. This company is making me feel very anxious and on edge. Please if someone could get this company looked into in more depth and detail. Thank you

Missed calls as I was at work, then a text saying I needed to call them to restore full use of my Vodafone number. Well after a call to Vodafone to check there was nothing I'd missed, my number is absolutely fine and I don't owe anything to Vodafone. How zinc have got my number is anyone's guess, but the stress and worry this caused me panicking for no reason, especially when we're all worried about money at the moment, disgusting!

I owed Vodafone a bill. Which I paid on 1/7/20. Vodafone have now cut my phone off as zinc have not paid the money over to them, or emailed to say this has been paid. I have to now get in touch with zinc myself to sort this as Vodafone can’t help !!
