It just went "goodbye" and hung up. Watch out for someone saying "can you hear me" they are trying to get you to say "yes" so they can fool credit card automated security call's voice recognition software.

Claimed to be calling from harrison charles (a wealth management company), wanting to discuss changes the government made last year in respect of pensions. The number on my display was 01916719985 which ones up a number of times on Google.

I answered the phone with a "hello?" and got an instant reply of "yes or no".... I repeated hello and he said "oh my god say yes or no or I'm going to send someone out".... Very Dodgy.

Asked if I'd had my pension statement through. I responded by asking if she'd thought of turning to God !!!!!!! She said the mobile signal was weak ( despite both of us being on landline) and hung up saying she'd phone me back. Still waiting.

to block on an iphone mobile go to recent at foot of screen and tap the i in the circle at top right of screen, then scroll to bottom of the new page and block the call, and then say up yours

Sounded like a Indian caller requesting accident details from last two years very difficult to understand and rude get three calls an hour sometimes pain in the arse thinking of getting new phone and number!!!

This company uses various combinations of telephone number. I just let the answer phone kick in. If I recognise the voice I then answer, can have 6 -10 of this type of call a day. I do 1471 and keep a note of all the numbers and then check them out on Google.

This number, and several others, is regularly calling me. I haven't picked up for obvious reasons. Phoned the number back from a work phone and there's no answer. I'm sure that they are ambulance chasers. They have called so many times but never leave a message. A damn nuisance!

Raj called and said it was about the accident I had last year, said I'd filled in a form asking for a callback. (I haven't). I asked him to remove my number. Very aggressive. Told me there'd be a charge to remove my number from their database(!) and when I told him there would be no such charge, he said unless I give one good reason his 500 colleagues will continue to call until I cooperate. I told him that the reason was 'OFCOM' and the response was 'What's what?' Laughable.
