AI Analysis

Limited information: Multiple reports indicate debt collection and harassment activities, primarily associated with Cabot Financial Ltd. Despite the high number of reports (25), the nature of the activities, while annoying, does not provide clear evidence of malicious intent beyond standard, albeit aggressive, debt collection practices. Reports of calling unsolicited, hanging up upon answering, and in one case, impersonating someone to contact family members, are noted. However, without direct evidence of fraud, phishing, or threats, the justification for blocking is not met based on the provided evidence.

Likely purpose: Debt collection (possibly aggressive) and unsolicited calls, primarily associated with Cabot Financial Ltd. No clear evidence of fraud or threats.

They call my company number and left a auto message on my answer phone. The company has no debt - If they continue i plan to sue for business loss and take them to small claim court. It only cost £50 to bring a claim. I let them settle the claim after i can prove they make several calls to my business line.

These bottom feeders are trying desperately to contact me regarding a debt which is just about to drop off my credit file as it is coming up to six years old and is going to be statute barred. If I were stupid enough to pick up the phone and talk to them, and then daft enough to accept liability for the debt, technically the statute barred status would be lost and technically they could enforce it, but I ain't stupid or daft so tough luck Crap bots, you just wasted your money on buying up an unenforceable debt from the original creditor lol :)

If you do not owe money and Cabot repeatedly telephone you, advise them, in writing, by recorded delivery to cease and desist. If they continue, then report them to the police under the Prevention From Harassment Act 1997. Cite their director Anthony Craig Buick. If/when he/they are convicted, commence action to have this outfit of amadans' FCA licence suspended then revoked. If any Cabot employee reads this, I suggest you also read Merchant of Venice. Sad ending for Cabot. If you really want parasites like this out of business start here: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1997/40/contents and here: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/03757424/officers

Call a person /persons I'm assisting simply don't communicate by phone ignore, block , change number. Check if debt is enforceable if not don't pay it ,arrange repayment by letter if you wish or request they take you to court and then leave it until you hear from the court. They can ask for payment they cannot enforce it just change numbers bin letter . Remember you are not legally obliged to pay DEBT COLECTORS send on their way if unlikely event they send a person to your door. Remember these poor folk have to make a living and this type of job is all that's open to them , debt is a temporary thing working in call centres is because its a job with little prospects other than a poor basic with good bonus if they , bully, trick poor folks who have fell on hard times .
