Found this call separate to inclusive call package. Wife had called to check on missing item on order. Good wheeze by the company to get extra revenue from unsuspecting customers. I assume they probably run a private parking company as well.

Feb 2, called Y-G as online payment failed. 0844 popped up and I completed my order. There is no warning this is a premium number, angry because I was spending money with them. Cost over £4 to place a £48 order.

I called about an expensive rose that had been delivered half dead. Just out of 'under guarantee' period for free replacement. Had to pay postage for replacement rose + £8 cost of call - just discovered on my phone bill! Will not use them again.

I will Never use this company again ,they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee to refund or replace, they do not tell you that you have to pay return postage to send back sub standard plants or that when you call to complain the number is a premium number, calls to this number cost me £20.94 !! only discovered when I got my phone bill ! totally disgusted !!

They provide poor service and never update you about delays with your order, so you try emailing and get nowhere then have to call. I have just been informed by my service provider by way of my latest bill the cost for this call, and at no time did I know it was a premium rate or that I would be scammed into this extra cost for their poor service. I wonder if it is deliberate to add to the company profits. This is the last time I will order from this company. They are the suppliers for the Daily Mail garden shop also.

Letter to say there was a query with my order regarding the expiry date on my credit card and to ring this number. Some sort of transcription typo error as it transpired, but the phone call was subsequently billed as a special number at 20p per minute plus an access charge from BT. Sneaky. Not happy with this extortion.
