“Bank of Ireland calls to confirm recent purchases or activity on your account. They will NOT ask for any confidential information i.e they do NOT ask for bank account numbers or verification. They simply asked me to describe a large transfer - who it was to, why, and if I felt pressured into doing it - i.e. they're checking to ensure I wasn't coerced into giving money to a scam. Great service.”
