Claimed to be Eir service call to see how happy I was with the service, but wanted me to verify details. When I refused, they proceeded to provide me with some personal details associated with my account, such as email, address and method of payment - all while not verifying who I was... muppets. Best case scenario, terrible up-sales team - worst case, scammers with lots of Eir data!

Unusually aggressive call trying to upsell. Once I acted uninterested there was a very abrupt "kk bye" with none of the typical pleasantries you'd expect. Seemed suss. Googled phone number and saw similiar complaints.
