17Scammers claiming to be Natwest Market bank , also using [email protected] email. This is a scam, beware
Rang, answered, silence; I hung up. Virgin media scan text this morning saying to text back as DD failed. I am not with Virgin media!!! Call from this no later, claiming that I owe €. TOTAL SCAM!
El número 01-2458400 ha sido asignado a Claim to be Virgin Media
They called to say my Virgin Media direct debit did not go through and they have requested my details. I didn't give them any details of course, and they quickly hang up the phone. Scam Alert guys.
Answered call, just background music. Looks like VM number. Virgin rate among the worst telecom providers in Ireland. Telecomms Regulator useless Problably in VM's pocket.
Called after I submitted a subject access request to see what VM are doing with my personal data.
Filled in a survey from VM saying that I was unhappy with the service, this was a courtesy call.
Just hung up after I answered. Typical issues with virgin media.

Call due to bad survey left because of first payment being delayed due to not being informed of billing date, gave credit back
This is a virgin number. They cancelled both my numbers then asked me to pay 60 euro the following month even though I changed to another phone company. Richard Branson has name only with this company it is not owned by Virgin. upc under another name that's all. No customer serviceat all.
Looking for payment of bill they invoiced for next months supply even though I canceled them 3 weeks ago. I told them I would pay the final week of my notice and not the extra 3 they have on their invoice. Took about 5 weeks to cancel, absolutely avoid this company if you can, they just don’t do customer service.
I ticked a box on an online survey. They had the cheek to say that I requested a call. They are the worst ever. I can't wait to sell my house and never have anything to do with them again.
I asked Virgin Media if this number was from them and they said this was not a Virgin Media number. They called looking for "delayed payments" and wanted payment over the phone. Avoid.
Called me because I had a failed direct debit - wanted to check with me if I wanted to keep the direct debit or switch to paying with debit card.
UPC call after complaint online
