I've had three calls from this number this week! Never answer, they left a message, barely discernable. Never heard of them, blocked the number but they continue to leave voicemails. I had a smart meter upgrade 2 years ago so obviously they are just cold-calling. Very annoying.

I’ve already declined the smart meter and it’s not a requirement. Yet they keep calling and texting trying to arrange install . I’ve already got a digital meter and I’m not on a smart plan Also no concept of GDPR Unable to verify there identity when I ask them so I hung up There staff are very unprofessional / rude

Issues with GDPR they can't seem to grasp in that they need to verify who they are, very silly they don't know this. I tried to explain and they just said nothing they can do and hung up
