8Aggressive debt collection even after agreement made, (or even if you have paid the bill) with many extra 'charges'. Extortion, bullying, nasty people on phone; I fear for the elderly or vulnerable who have originally had to turn the heating off, as their bill jumped sharply & then CMOS debt collection stsrtt to harrass theorem. Very bad form
They are ringing on behalf of a company that doesn't allow their loyal customers the same discounts as new customers. They then say you owe them money despite the company making billions in profits while their loyal customers turn the heating down in winter.
