This is genuine, I recieved a text asking me to contact them ASAP ref a suspicious payment on my CC. They provided me the details of the payment amount & company it was intended for,once I confirmed I knew about the payment it was released/processed. Great service.

I got a text to call them back, They are fraud, they have exactly the same welcome music and the same speaker when you call the number, nly there were no choice between 1 to 5, that is why I was very suspicious. TSB has just confirmed.

I got the same SMS as Dan. This is TSB's fraud department per https://www.permanenttsb.ie/about-us/need-help/security/protectyouridentity/ They answered my call at 6am (though not on a Sunday) and knew things only TSB should know.
