AIB payments monitoring, genuine. I was transferring a larger amount than usual to my Revolut card and they wanted to confirm that it was genuine. They only asked for name and address etc, no banking information. Call was quick, friendly and very reassuring !

AIB calling to put a payment through. genuine as i had a payment on hold and they didnt ask for any bank information only name address and date of birth

AIB Fraud check - very genuine knew the amount I paid, time and date etc. and checked that the phone I was calling from was the number they have on record. They asked personal questions but no banking info before explaining fraud techniques.= and that they would never ask those type of details, text me a link or anything like that.
