8Aggressive debt collection even after agreement made, (or even if you have paid the bill) with many extra 'charges'. Extortion, bullying, nasty people on phone; I fear for the elderly or vulnerable who have originally had to turn the heating off, as their bill jumped sharply & then CMOS debt collection stsrtt to harrass theorem.
