I didn’t cancel my Vodafone broadband, i only switched off the machine cause when i tried to cancel they left me on the phone for hours to attend my request. Vodafone is still sending emails with the amount that i owe to them (which is increasing every month). This company CMOS sent me an email saying that i need to contact them to pay my debt if i don’t they will open an impending legal case. The situation is I not in the country anymore, but if this course of action goes through with my name, do you think i will have any issue to get inside the country again?

They call and then hang up. NOt sure why they do this. When I finally got someone on the other line, she was calling for VOdafone, another of these companies with absolutely no customer service. I disputed the amount and she immediately brough it down by 50%. I smell a rat.

These guys called for a €80 Bord Gais bill. I have two accounts with Bord Gais on level pay. One account I am overpaid on by €250+. I asked Bordgais to credit my first account with the money I am overpaid on my second account or refund me my 250e and I will pay them the 80e. Absolutely disgraceful service for this to be passed on. I will be moving both my electricity accounts immediately. SHAME ON YOU BORD GAIS.

Pain in the arse Debt Collectors. Do not verify your name and address when they ask. They can't talk to you or disclose why they called unless you do. God Bless GDPR...

This is a rude and unscrupulous debt collection agency call Intrum Justita, they harass and are aggressive. They also tell lies like this is regarding your invoice and need to schedule payment for you, If you do not know the number calling then do not answer them, once you answer and you are falling victim to their legal requirement to have made contact and therefore can get a CCJ in your absense.

this person keeps calling me on my phone despite the fact that i have agreed to a payment plan. They keep asking me if i am 'the debt holders name'.. i don't want them to harrass me. i am complying with them as far as i can afford. i have chosen to hang up the phone without the lady telling me 'who her boss is', she won't tell me until i agree with her that yes i am the person she is looking for. be very careful when you answer those type of calls. acknowledging to them that yes you are the person they are looking for mean that they have something to report, such as 'non compliance with their policies'.
